• Carry sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and a water bottle.
• Wear comfortable, neutral-colored clothing during the wildlife safari.
• Carry a light jacket during winter mornings, especially for early morning safaris.
• Follow all safari rules and instructions given by the forest department and safari guide.
• Carry binoculars or a camera with a suitable zoom lens if you enjoy wildlife photography.

• Wildlife sightings, including tiger sightings, are subject to natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
• Book safari in advance, Safari permits are subject to availability and forest department regulations.
• Safari timings may vary according to the season and local authorities.
• Ranthambore National Park may remain closed during the monsoon period as per forest department regulations.
• Safari charges, entry fees and permits are included only if specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
• Monument entry fees and guide charges are payable separately unless specifically included.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, safari availability or local conditions.
• Any additional activities or personal expenses not mentioned in the inclusions will be payable separately.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).
