• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for hotel check-in.
• Start sightseeing early to avoid traffic and enjoy the attractions comfortably.
• Carry water and light snacks during sightseeing.
• Entry tickets and adventure activities are generally at additional.
• Hotel check-in/check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel policies.

• Any additional stay or transportation required due to unforeseen circumstances will be payable extra.
• Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the driver and local authorities during mountain travel.
• Please maintain cleanliness and avoid littering at temples and natural attractions.
• Entry, donations and other charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).
