• Hotel accommodation will be provided as per the selected package category and availability.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.
• Standard hotel check-in/check-out timings will apply.
• Sightseeing places may be closed or restricted due to local regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
• Houseboat services are subject to availability and operational conditions.
• Any additional sightseeing, activities, meals, or services not mentioned in the package inclusions will be charged separately.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, tips, beverages, and telephone charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Any increase in transportation costs, taxes, entry fees, or government charges after booking may be payable by the traveller.
• Cancellation and refund policies will be applicable as per the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation.
• Guests are requested to carry valid government-issued photo ID for hotel and travel requirements.
• The final itinerary and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).
