• The journey involves long mountain drives, steep roads and rough road sections.

• Mobile network and internet connectivity may be limited or unavailable in remote areas such as Nabi and the border region.
• Travellers should acclimatize properly and avoid excessive physical exertion at high altitude.
• Carry sufficient warm clothing even during summer, as temperatures can drop considerably at higher elevations.
• Any additional stay, meals or transportation caused by weather, roadblocks or unforeseen circumstances will be payable extra.
• Guests are advised to follow the instructions of the driver, local coordinator throughout the journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and respect the religious, ecological and sensitive border environment.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).
