• Keep sufficient cash, as ATMs and digital payments may not work in remote areas.
• Carry a power bank; electricity may be limited during trekking.
• Carry personal medicines and a basic first-aid kit.
• Use sunscreen, sunglasses and a cap for protection from strong mountain sun.
• Keep luggage light and carry only essential items during trekking.
• Maintain a comfortable walking pace and take regular breaks.
• Stay hydrated throughout the journey.
• Avoid alcohol and smoking during the high-altitude journey.
• Respect temple rules, local customs and religious practices.
• Do not litter; help keep the Himalayan environment clean.

• The Panch Badri temples are located in high-altitude Himalayan areas, and road journeys can be long and tiring.
• Good physical fitness is recommended before undertaking the journey.
• Pony, mule, palki and porter services are available on selected routes at an additional cost unless specifically included.
• Accommodation during trekking may be in basic guesthouses, homestays or camps depending on areas.
• Mobile network and internet connectivity may be limited in remote areas.
• Temple darshan and opening/closing timings are subject to local temple authorities.
• Road travel may take longer due to traffic, road conditions or weather.
• Carry a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Follow the instructions of the driver, trek guide and local authorities throughout the journey.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).
