• Carry warm clothes, comfortable shoes and a light jacket, especially during winter.
• Pack light and comfortable clothing for sightseeing.
• Carry some cash as network/ATM availability may be limited in some hill areas.
• Keep a water bottle and snacks for long mountain journeys.
• Start sightseeing early to make the most of the day.
• Follow local guidelines in tourist areas.

• Any additional stay or transportation required due to unforeseen circumstances will be payable extra.
• Guests are requested to follow the instructions of the driver and local authorities during mountain travel.
• Please maintain cleanliness and avoid littering at temples and natural attractions.
• Entry, donations and other charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance payment can be made before check-in or at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Booking confirmation is subject to the receipt of the advance payment and availability of the required services.

Prior information on any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Majestic Journey reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per the details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable).

• Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective hotel’s policy.
• Sightseeing and transfers will be provided as per the itinerary.
• Any optional activities, entry tickets or personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
• Cancellation and refund will be governed by the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.
